Hi guys,
I am planing to upgrade my current setup which is Playseat Challenge. It was perfect solution when I was living in a small apartment but since I have moved to larger one I am looking for a full size rig.
As I read 8020 rigs are almost infinitely customizable and very sturdy. This is exactly what I am looking for but at the same time something 'affordable'.
At the moment I found two rigs:
The first rig is cheaper but it does not come with the pedals plate. Also I am a bit concerned how the pedals area is designed within rig. If I will mount pedals on the inclined position (as in the picture) there is no support they will be held just by the front support but the back is hanging in the air.
While GT1 Evo comes with the pedals plate and if you buy seat (which I will be buying anyway) and rig bundle you get the seat mounting brackets for free and a small discount on the whole set as well.
Do you guys see any other advantages/disadvantages regarding those two rigs? Would you rather take the cheaper one and gather all the missing bits or buy SIM-LAB GT1 Evo which already comes almost complete?
