Help me with the licence

Hi,I bought a BTB licence some time ago and I uninstal everything and install again because of viruses.I have download a BTB again and I wanted to upload a licence,but nothing...I don't know what I'm doing wrong,can somebody tell me?pleeeaaasse

You should be able to download your old licence from here.

It should still work unless you have changed your OS or your hardware.

What does it say in red on this page once you have logged in?

Under BTB Pro there is ''You have already used your license''.But I think I have to have old version of BTB,which is not currently avaliable.

You should be able to download your current license in the "Existing Licenses" section which is just below the
''You have already used your license'' section.

I had bought a licence for the pro version, wich should expire on November 5th. But the program decided different and it expired on September 27th.
How is that possible?

What was the problem. My licence expire last month but it should expire at 10.10.2009. Im about one month without BTB and get no support from Piddy (write Email and PN but no response)

the licence expires 1 week before the expiration date.
