help my car wont go into gear or crank or start

i have power all my wiring is good. i checked all engine parts wear and its all good. i try to start it it cranks for a sec then stops. plz help.

look on the spark plugs if they are all the way in of if there are some if there are try to tight them and it should be working or some parts might be broken so take a look on the engine
