Help Needed Formula NA set up

Hey crew...I have noticed particularly in 3rd/4th/5th in both the 1999 & 2012 versions (road courses only) that the engine seems restricted and wont rev out...not sure if there is a setting I am missing...anyone else finding this problem...help appreciated...Oz.
