Help new to PC.

Another ex console guy here looking for help with the myriad of mods on AC.
I'm looking for a btcc mod. I have the t7r pack, but one isn't showing. I tried to get the Merc a class but that again isn't showing. I just have an alert triangle.
Apologies for not being good at this PC stuff. I'm nearly 40, been console always and just looking for help.
