Help, please?

I've downloaded and freshly installed rfactor v1255

I've also downloaded some stuff from rfactorcentral

I got the real feel plugin, F1RFT 2011, and the single player add on for f1rft 2011

What should I install first???

My last install of rfactor got really messy with the amount of mods that were on it. I'd also like to download some kind of rally mod, but I'd need some recommendations first.

Should I get some kind of mod manager? I had one of those last time and still managed to break my game.
