Cars Help. rims disappear when trying to remove the blur

was trying to edit a mod on AC when i noticed that the always when i open the CM and KS showroom, it always spawns with the rims blur texture, when i tried to remove the blur textures the rims simply disappeared and the "donator of the rims" car dont have this problem
