Help to upload a SimHub dash to RD

I've made a nice Porsche GT3 Cup dash that I'd like to share with the community but I can't upload it here. I've zipped it but even though it is in .rar like other SimHub dashes it isn't excepted by this site.
Please help me as to what I need to do to upload it ?

Yeah we need to get this sorted really soon. Please if nothing happens this week help me to remind next week to add a resource category for SimHub and other tools, it's needed but has been on the backburner for too long.

I somehow figured out how to add a dash here but it doesn't always work !! Its rather frustrating!! Have you been able to add anything to this?
