Help - TV issues with rfactor2

Hi everyone

Trying to get rfactor2 to play via my TV using HDMI. Laptop is running through TV fine but when I start rfactor2 it comes up with"error setting video mode". Can anyone help me with this?

At a guess either resolution/refresh exceeds that the TV is capable of. Check preferences in rF2 settings
