Help with graphic settings

Hi, I'm quite a noob in setting good graphics, so I need your help.
I am quite satisfied with the graphics, the only issue is cars headlights, which seem very fake to me, I can't see any glare. Some time ago, using older csp versions and depending on the ppfilter, I was able to get realistic headlights. What do you think? Do you think is ok or there is room for improvements? Can you please suggest me some tweaks?
I am using CSP 1.79 and Sol 2.2, Sol or Sol extra as PPfilter, running on i7 7700 and gtx1070.

Thanks, I think the same except for headlights but I can deal with it.
