F1 2011 Help with helmets

can anyone tell me how to add helmets to the game , i see loads of helmets , car skins etc , but when i post on how to add these to the game i get no help, i`m new to the game and would like to add custom helmets and cars skins but it seems like know one wants to help, i thought that sites/forums like this was to help people

You might find what you looking for, can´t help more then this since i´m on PS3 version so there is nothing of interest for me there.
