help with modding data files

hi guys ive been messing around with the files and have managed to edit teams and drivers but I cant seem to move staff from team to team ive tried loads but the game always crashes at the beginning just wondering if I'm missing something

also I haven't been able to edit trait or attributes for anyone is there any video walkthroughs?
