help with server cant get all cars working

ive just setup a test server so i can get it all working. i have all required ports open and forwarded. i can see my server on another pc. ive been able to get it working with only certain cars others have this error message in the log

open setups/ks_corvette_c7_stingray.ini: The system cannot find the file specified.

how do i fix this error?
