help with something please

So yeh I've got a new pc a Rtx 3070ti , 16gig 3600hz ,i9 - 11900k, 2tb ssd aoi water cooled thingy.

So yeh I see cpu occupancy 99% on asetto corsa once.

Benchmark hits 240+ fps on highest settings. And previous races. Gpu load 96%

Taskmanager shows all but cpu 2 might as well be parked as they arent being pushed at all. Is there a way to utilise more from my cpu.

Even after some YouTube "fixes" last benchmark was still same fps with 79% cpu usage.

I've seen people with systems half as good who's cpus use 40%

I downloaded acc hoping it was better optimised. Had no issues but it's got in my head a bit that it should be able to run anything what I want on 1080p no trouble.

I've got a msi optix 1440p monitor arriving tomorrow and just want to enjoy either game. However I'm avoiding playing it worried I'm frying my cpu , task manager even shows 75% to 85% cpu usage on acc in a race too..surely it shouldn't be this way?

Any advice as I'm very new to sim racing and ac/c

Game ran flawlessly too at all times. Even during the cpu 99% from AC.

Same for acc ran amazingly and seems to be begging for 1440p however this cpu thing just buggs me so much
