From what I recall if you have seasonal adjustments enabled in WeatherFX and the time of year set in winter you'll get that effect. Change the month to a summer one,

and where do I change it ..... as a content manager
I can not find

Goto DRIVE -> Single and hit those three dots left of "Weather:". There you can change the date.

Or disable seasonable adjustments completely in WeatherFX.
