Hello. I have installed a car I am operating and that is what he is doing to me please urgent help

You're going to need to be a lot more specific about which car it is, all the error says is that it depends on a DLC you don't own, which ranges from just plain being a stolen car to some modders unintentionally reuse parts of official cars.

There's a good chance this uses Kunos' R34 assets, it's included in the Japanese Pack DLC
