Heusinkveld Pro Polyurethane Bushings

I'm trying to source some replacement or alternative bushings/washers for Heusinkveld Pro pedals. My white washers (the squishy ones) deform and "collapse" under heavy braking now (see below). It doesn't seem to matter what configuration I use the white washers in, one of them will deform under load.

Does anyone know where to find these or something similar?

Thanks mate - agreed, it's one of the reasons I opted for Heusinkveld. I'll drop them a line and see what they think.

I'd still like to hear from any clever folks that have found off the shelf bushings that work?
