F1 2020 Hey there am a newbie couple of questions / requests

Built my first PC a couple of months ago, got my self some fanatec gear and a playseat f1 cockpit, downloaded my self some games via steam all this is very new to me am 41 , fairly computer literate I installed my operating system and everything my self and it works haha, any way how do i go about installing car skins on F1 2020 and is there a Hesketh pack for my team mode, not had a go yet at my team mode but I fancy bringing back the Hesketh colour scheme to a new F1 car, thanks in advance for your responses, community here looks very helpful looking forward to getting in track once I get up to sped that is am fairly rusty I think haha, James.
