The file size is 807kb and it was hosted on www.racer-xtreme.com, the original racer mod content provider. It was added to the website on 2003-03-12, so its a 20 year old mod.
I am only interested in this particular version (I want to recall, what was so magical about this mod for 050f that kept me so motivated, for years to come.), thank you
