HotFix for v1.1

You'll miss this if you're not looking - its a new beta patch with the following

- Refined blue flag car behaviour
- Cars drive off the racing line in qualifying if on an in/out lap
- Re-enabled 4:3 aspect ratio support
- Intro video now skippable after 2 seconds
- Scrutineering screen crash fix

Those three items maybe quite important... One of those items is probably very very very important.

To access this, you need to Right Click the game in steam, go to properties, select the beta tab, insert the password "MotorsportManager" (no marks). Select the beta from the box above. Download the patch.

Didn't like that one as much, it doesn't look like I lose much less, however, the drivers drive side by side a lot more, and that just looks stupid.
I would prefer to be stuck behind but lose time, that does at least look somewhat realistic ^^
