When you drive in race, is laptime beeing registered in both online and offline races?

I can now say that laptime is only registered when racing offline....
I just raced on Curitiba online, and did a 1.27.090, but the record registered in the game says 1.27.199.
That is the time i drove in the driver duel

Hi Ivan, i've looked at this but it seems to be that he is only saving offline times. But thats with me...
