F1 2017 How can change the IA difficultylevel in a started career?

I have been started a carrer in a level, but i consider that i can more level, but, i m in the thrid GP.
How can i change the difficulty livel?

between sessions you're able to adjust it. When it loads from the start screen to the next session.
