Skins How can i change tyres from Dunlop to Michelin on an LMP2 WEC Car?

Hello,
I'm refining my own version of the 2019 Cetilar Dallara ELMS-WEC Lmp2 car skin... but since i'm redesigning the livery starting from a 2018 skin i've found online, i'm stuck with the tyres which in 2018 were Dunlop and in 2019 changed to Michelin.

Anyone who can help me?
