How can I get better?

So, I just got a Logitech G920 and I'm trying my best to get better.
I choose to drive an MX5 cup because I like the car so might as well drive it, and Imola because that was the first track that I somehow knew the name of.
I'm trying to get great, but consistent lap times, but now I'm looking for advice because I'm new to sim racing and want to improve. (Please if my laptimes aren't that great don't kill me I'm 14 and never drove a car before )

Can you share a replay file or put a video on YouTube.

Using ABS is faster

Do you have auto clutch enabled or you're using automatic shifting?

Air temperature change how the tire behave. Is the tire pressure(PSI) is all the same & green on track?
