F1 2021 How can I make my DDS file to an ERP for Modular Mods so I can upload it on here?

Hello, I created this Livery for my Team and want to Upload it. I currently have it as the DDS and installed it with ERP Archiever. How can I make a ERP file compatible with modular mods or a replacement file for a livery.
