How do a clean install and restart career in Assetto?

I want to revert back to stock and start over with some mods and apps. I reinstalled using steam and the "verify" game selection under preferences. Installation was fine, but it looks like it kept my career history and presumably some settings.

How do i clear everything and start from scratch?
