How do i change tire physics?

I´ve downloaded an indycar mod where the left front tire is degrading faster than the right front. I found a file with the speedway tire physics but don´t lnow ehich details i should change to make the tires work right

The mod will come with a .tbc file, each tyre comes with it´s own parameters for wear and grip etc, make sure that the values are the same across the car! You can set the .tbc files to open with notepad, much like most of the other files used.

Scroll down further into the document and look for a line called WearRate=

It'll have some numbers after it. Adjust those numbers, but I am taking about adjusting them to the factor of 0.1-0.3 LOWER not HIGHER. That should make the tyre degradation better.
