how do i contact Fanatec, I need a hall sensor for my V2

Has anyone here been able to get a reply from Fanatec? Ive been trying to get a hall sensor for my v2 pedals for over a year now. I cant find them any where and fanatec doesnt reply to emails. Anyone know anywhere i can purchase a throttle pedal hall sensor. At this point im ready to scrap these and get something reliable.

I swapped the sensors on the pcb board to test and concluded that it is indeed the sensor that needs replacing.

Got it thxs, only fanatec site that has the. Is japan and they dont wann ship then to me only japan address if someone know anybody over that can help i will really appreciate that

I ended up using both sensors when i got it from them. It was a whole process when i had the chat with them. They wouldn't just sell it to me. I had to talk to the tech support first to diagnose my problem before they would even give me the option to purchase it. So your best bet is to contact them directly so they can go though the process with you. There is also a fanatec rep on here named DomB_Fanatec maybe message him directly first.
