How Do I Most Accurately Simulate a Complete Championship Season?

What is the best way to simulate a complete season in ACC? Should I use a preset Championship? If so, which season is most complete, or can be made to be the most complete with DLC content? Or, should I set up a custom championship? I went to use a a preset one, and noticed several rounds were missing, and it automatically applied a time-multiplier, which I couldn't seem to change. Sorry for such a noob question, but I'm really hoping to dip my toes into ACC post-1.9 update by completing a full championship.

2018 and 2019 are complete, the other seasons are missing tracks. The presets are your best bet I guess.
