How do the Barbarians from Diablo spin around without becoming dizzy?

Seriously, they can spin in circles and never get dizzy.

I was a Barbarian twice for Halloween and I will be one again.

When I tried to Whirlwind, I got dizzy.

So, does anyone know the Barbarians' secret?
