How do you add new racecars in series for RACE ON?

Topic title says it all.
I want to expand the RACE ON roster with new cas and series.
But i am kind of new to the game.
So what is the most easy way to do it?

When you first start it says track folder (brouse) i had to click on the game exe to get it to work,,...
