How do you enter "Premium" events?

In Raceroom how do you enter the premium events in leaderboard challenges? I own all content apart from the last batch of releases but can't enter anything but the free to play challenges.

I'll have to check but it's something to do with email address from memory.

I've tried researching it and sent an email to Sector 3 but not had any luck so far.

This is partly down to me forgetting to chase it up though

Yes, you also need an email address entered in your profile to be able to participate in competitions with prizes. You can edit your profile data in the top right corner.
