How do you get heat into the MX-5 Cup car tires?

Is there a trick for getting temps up? I've lowered the tire pressure and increased the toe in which helps but the tires never get as warm as other race cars. Or they only get warm on one side ( the side with the most corners driven, more left then it gets hot on the right, which makes sense). Should I put more toe-in? It seems like that would slow the car down. Has any one else had this problem? Any little tip would be much appreciated.

You won't get them warm. The car is too light and slow and the tires are too hard to ever really warm up. See that you have them at their ideal pressures and don't put too much toe, as you said yourself, it'll just slow you down.
