How do you get the throttle/brake/FFb bars on screen?

Anybody have any idea on how to get the throttle/brake/FFB bars on the screen? Also, a track map? FPS counter? I have searched everywhere to no avail. Thank you.

You DO know about the toolbar on the right edge of the screen while out on the track, right? The one with a bunch of cool little apps you can place on the screen, like track map, laptime table etc?
