How Racing at night/rain ?

hello

iam not really getting the settings right

i want to race at night - so i set the time of day to about 2 3 or 4 AM but when i load the track its all sunny midday

do not all tracks/cars support nite races ? or am i missing something maybe ?

additonal question : saw youtube videos about races at rain but the only weather settings i found are overcast and sunny

the time of day only affects the race session. The practise and quali are controlled by the .gdb.

Rain isn't a part of rFactor, the videos you may have seen are from wet versions of tracks, they're not true rain though jsut a slippery surface.
