How to Active 3FP Session

hei guys...i have seen a lot of database change to start the career from top team...
i opened the database file and i saw that exist the table "session time" where there are 3FP session...
someone know how to enable it?
and someone know how to have more Safety Car?

I think it is possible, but, when they would know it yet, there would be already a mod

thx..i wait...
and i wait to restart my career because i installed the mod to start it with ferrari and after the patch 1 my savegame file is corrupted...

there is a table in ther db for safety car chance, you could try turning it all to 1 it might help
