Cars How to add Flashers?

Hi there,
im trying to edit a Lexus GT3 for personal use and wanted to add Flashers to it. I tried editing the lights.ini in the data but with no succes.

Is there anwhere else where I could look for adding them?

Are you sure it's using your modified lights.ini? you can't have a data.acd in the car folder.

Yes i have tried without the data.acd and a freshly packed data.acd both dont make a differnce
