PC1 How to change FOV & Drivers Seat Positions

Hi folks,
I've watched so many videos, read so many threads that I've become more "mental" than usual.
First, FINALLY got my T500 and pedals working - Good!!

Please tell me how to change the FOV, and drivers seat position, up/down/ forward/back.

I just cannot find how to do this..........

PS - FWIW, I get around quite well in AC.

Options and Help/Controls/Edit Assignments

From here you will see the default keys for seat UP/DOWN/FORWARD/BACK, I always assign these to my keyboard arrow keys.

How in the world I missed that as I have been to edit assignments probably 25 times.
