How to create moving wipers?

I'd like to know how to make moving wipers in GTR2. I've already seen videos and pictures about moving wipers but I haven't found any how-to.

Check out here for some details of how to get them working in game, I think you need to have the anniversary patch installed.

Anniversary Patch needs to be installed as all textures are included in it.
There's also a readme in the Options folder for how to use and create the necessary modified rainscreen... 3Dsimed or Blender are needed in order to create them.

Make sure you follow the install instructions, most problems arise from not doing that.
