General How to create paddle shift and sequential shift animations

I want to create an animation for paddle shift and sequential shift,
I created the animation using Blender and confirmed that it works on Asset Corsa.

When actually shifting up and down
I don't understand the description of ext_config.ini.
For H pattern shifts, I think I would use INPUT=GEAR and INPUT_LUT.

Operates only when upshifting
Is it possible to control something that works only when downshifting?
If anyone knows the description of ext_config.ini, please let me know.
