How to disabled the red arrow for opponent and small lap counter when racing?

EDIT....I'VE FOUND WHERE TO DISABLED THE RED ARROW NOW, WAS LOOKING IN THE WRONG CFG LOCATION. Removed question from post.

Hi guys.

I've looked online but can't seem to locate a solution. Is there a way to remove the small lap counter at the top middle of screen when racing?

In CM there is an option to delete all messages or several messages ingame.
