How to enable Motec settings on T500RS in A/C

How do I enable the various Motec displays in game on my T500RS and F1 Intelgrale wheels in A/C?
Also, Track IR5 sets up and centers by itself. Cannot pull up the Track IR5 interface to assign a centering button. Thanks.
