How to enable the pop-up with times laps?

During multiplayer races I can´t see other players times laps. How to enable the pop-up on the top of screen?

There's an app for that, its called ptracker and it's available in the downloads section of AC under apps.

Thank you. Is an option until the another doesn't work.
Some guys in multiplayer chat said that the times laps feature is not working for all after 1.3 v.
Other announcements as who disconnected of the server or the own time lap, are working.

that function is not working for me after 1.3 update also - but ptracker only shows drivers' best laps - not every lap they do. (unless I am missing something in the config). So I now rely on the time intervals at bottom of screen - esp for nearest rivals.
I wish the function returns - it was really useful.

Opponents laptimes have been removed from the message strip at the top of the screen
To see them you can use the original app "Real Time" or ptracker.
