How to find mod items?

Help, I was using the dynamite and I accidentally killed myself, and every single mod item I had went flying. I cannot find any of them. I don't know if you can teleport items or something but I need to find them. How do I teleport my items back to me?

hey when items fall out of the world, they fly do the junkyard near the shithouse when its not there, then its laying somwhere around

Not sure if mod items appear in MSCEditor but if they do you could try using that.

It's under Tools > Teleport Object
