F1 2017 How to get SPONSOR BONUS?

I've never receved that.
I meet the requirements of the team every race.

Depends on the team. With McLaren I got it twice (overachieving regulary) with Mercedes not one (did win both championships). I guess that's expected and there's no bonus for this.

in other words, you mean it's random?

I mean it's more likely when not in a top 3 team (Merc, Ferrari, Red Bull).
Other example: In my season with McLaren (no Grand Prix victory, sometimes Top 10 finishes) I got approx. 3.2k RP at the end of the season as bonus. With winning both championships with Merc I only got 2,4k bonus. I think it's for balancing reasons. Which team are you in?

got it when i was leading the wdc for half the season in renualt, won the wdc, came 3rd in the wcc, got 2k bonus at the end of the season

I've gotten it every year, but it comes at random times. Last season it came right after Italy and last night it came around Azerbaijan. It seems to happen once a season, randomly. However, I always over-achieve expectations, so that might also be a part of it.
