F1 2010 How to have engineers on the pit wall???

Hi ,
i'd like to know what i have to do to see the engineers sitting on the pitwall like in this screen:

Because i canb't see them and i think it makes the game much more realistic.

Help me please...

Arnt they always there on Race Day but not practice or quali.

Well it is for me on Xbox, PC may be diffrent.

i just checked, it's there for the race day but not for the Qualifying, well spotted.

Oh yes, I haven't notice the engineers during the race... I must be blind?!...

But i think that if they're here in race it could be possible to activate them in practice, no???

If anyone has an idee on how to do that, i'll take...
