how to implement a new car into the game (not replacing any vehicles)?

Hello, this is my first post on here, and i would just like you to know, I've been coding in visual studio for around 1-2 years, but I just don't know where to start with this one. my question is in the title. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
