Apps how to install Mods

Hey guys I am new to mod on AC, please guide me on track and car install. thank you

welcome

quick preview
download the wanted mod
then unzip (here in the screenshot below is an example of a car)
and put the car_mod_folder into

Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars​

by default Steam is installed as such:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars
​

Screenshot below, i installed steam straight at c:/steam (but that's just me!)

Same story with tracks
except it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks

my assetto corsa isn't in common. Can i move it to common

Better to use legit games instead of Cracked ..... (i think that because all of steam games goes to steamapps/common)

not necessarily

@Ville1337548 it's not important if your game is in common or not, see screenshot above, my steam games are installed in D drive, not the default folder

I downloaded a Honda S800 Cabriolet mod, and I moved it to the "cars" folder, but it doesn't appear in-game. Why is this, and/or what did I do wrong?
