how to install

Guys hello. I downloaded a rar file and i want to install it t my assetto corsa. i add that tracks to the folder of tracks. bet every other track which has been on the game is in folder. i download a rar file not a folder with other things. How can i fix it?

Unrar that rar and copy folder in that rar
