F1 2019 How to make a helmet design for an existing driver

Hi there!
I want to be able to keep my helmets up to date in my F12019 career mode. For this, as there are definitely drivers without helmets for certain teams, I need to learn to create helmet mods. I have photoshop, but I don't have any way of getting a helmet design/template from the game files or otherwise so that I can start working.
Please, I've asked so many people so many times, please can someone at least point me in the right direction for a tutorial, I really want to be able to do this, and need to know how to start.
Any help would be very much appreciated,

From what I know 2019 files are not available and its hard to do what you want in 2019. That's why I bought 2020 and in 2020 you can actually change this files.

It's not easy to develop new helmets for drivers. I developed Helmets for cyclists and motorcycles, and have some experience with them. Now I planning to start my company and provide helmets for drivers and motorcycle drivers.
